How can we pay for our order?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express thru PayPal (www.paypal.com) We also accept certified checks, and money orders. Sorry, no personal checks or business checks are accepted.

What is the quantity available for a product?
We stock various quantities of merchandise, however we deal in fast moving merchandise, so quantities change daily. For volume purchases please contact us for our most current inventory.

What will it cost to ship?
We ship United Parcel Service regular ground unless an expedited shipping method is selected. Your shipping methods and rates are displayed when you double click the item desired, and offer the zip code you may be shipping to within the UPS menu that will appear. If you visit www.UPS.com you may obtain shipping rates from their on line freight rate guide. We ship from Tampa, Florida 33610. The weights of the merchandise are listed on the website.

Do you warranty your products?
Yes. All merchandise is guaranteed for 90 DAYS from original date of purchase.

Are your web payments secure?
Yes, we accept PayPal for all credit card and e-check payments on-line. PayPal is the most secure and easiest forms of making a payment on-line.

What is the delivery time for orders?
Delivery days are determined by UPS World Wide Shipping. Regular ground shipments take from 1 to 6 days depending on your location.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we will ship internationally into Canada only via UPS. This is due to international credit card & PayPal Fraud. Be advised when shipping internationally a Duty/Brokers fee will be owed upon delivery per UPS International.

Will you ship my order USPS?
Yes, we will ship via the US Postal service to Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico if requested in the "comment box" of the order form. We will charge a $5.00 handling fee for Postal orders. You will recieve a tracking number via USPS tracking information.

How long does it take to process & ship orders?
All orders received Tuesday thru Friday prior to 1:00 p.m. EST will be processed the same business day. Orders received on Monday, will be processed on Tuesday due to the high volume incurred from the weekend. International orders may be delayed one business day. Military, Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico orders being shipped via the US Postal Service will be delayed one business day.

Are your products new or reconditioned?
95% of our products are new. If something is reconditioned, there will be an (R) to the right of the model number. Our ninety day warranty will apply.
